Honorarium dan Remunerasi Direksi Salaries and Remuneration of Directors
Selain gaji, Direksi juga menerima penghasilan berupa tunjangan hari raya sebesar 1 satu kali gaji, tunjangan
komunikasi sebesar 5 per bulan dari gaji atau sebesar Rp 2.938.000 untuk Direktur Utama dan Rp 2.645.000 untuk
anggota Direksi lainnya, santunan purna jabatan berupa premi asuransi
maksimal 25
dari gaji,
tunjangan pakaian,
tunjangan cuti tahunan diberikan setiap tahun sebesar 1 satu kali gaji, tunjangan cuti besar diberikan sebesar 2 dua kali
gaji setiap 3 tiga tahun dimana dalam tahun tunjangan cuti besar diberikan, maka tunjangan cuti tahunan tidak diberikan,
fasilitas perumahan lengkap dengan listrik, air, bahan bakar dan telepon rumah, apabila Direktur Utama tidak menempati
rumah jabatan, maka tunjangan perumahan diberikan sebesar Rp 15.000.000 per bulan.

27, 2010, on the dismissal Members of the Board of Commissioners and the State Minister of State Owned

Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Persero, appointed Drs. Sahala Hutasoit as Finance
Director to replace Ir. Retno Mursudarini since passed away on 1 April 2010, the composition of the Board of
Directors, as follows:

Pemegang Saham RUPS. Berdasarkan Risalah RUPS Perusahaan Tahun Buku 2009 tanggal 21 Juni 2010 serta
Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Persero, gaji Direktur Utama sebesar Rp 58.767.000 atau
sama dengan periode lalu, gaji anggota Direksi lainnya ditetapkan masing-masing sebesar 90 dari gaji Direktur
Utama
atau sama
dengan periode
sebelumnya yang
ditetapkan berdasarkan Risalah RUPS Perusahaan Tahun Buku 2008 tanggal 18 Juni 2009.
Besides salary, the Board of Directors also receive income in the form of holiday allowances amounting to 1
one times salary, communications allowances is 5 per month from the salary or the amount of Rp2,938,000 for
the President Director and Rp2,645,000 to other Board of Members, awarded by post-service allowance in the form
of insurance premium at most 25 of salary, clothing allowance, annual leave allowance is given each year by
1 one times salary, great leave allowances are given for 2 two times the salary of every 3 three years where the
year of leave allowance is given, then the annual leave allowance is not given, residential facilities complete with
electricity, water, fuel and home phone, if the President Directors does not occupy the home office, then given a
housing allowance of Rp15,000,000 per month.

Surat Keputusan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara No. KEP-193MBU2010, tanggal 27 September 2010, tentang
Pengangkatan anggota Direksi PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Persero, mengangkat Drs. Sahala Hutasoit sebagai Direktur
Keuangan
menggantikan Ir.
Retno Mursudarini
karena meninggal dunia pada tanggal 1 april 2010, sehingga susunan
