direklas ke hutang jangka pendek sesuai dengan jatuh tempo kredit berakhir tanggal 13 Juli 2011.
Obligation to PT Bank Export Indonesia is the investment credit under the Deed of Loan Agreement No. 27, dated
July 14, 2006 and Third Amendment Deed of Investment Loan Export Agreement No. 43 dated 27 April 2010,
which was reclassified to short-term debt in accordance with the maturity of credit expires on July 13, 2011.
Kredit Investasi PT Bank Mandiri Persero, Tbk merupakan kredit investasi sesuai dengan perjanjian kredit No. KP-
COD015PK-KI2001 dan akta notaris Ny. Machrani Moertolo S, SH No. 177 tanggal 31 Oktober 2001 yang jatuh tempo
pada tanggal 31 Desember 2010, telah dilunasi pada tanggal 23 Maret 2010.
Investment Loan PT Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk is an investment credit in accordance with the Loan Agreement
No. KP-COD015PK-KI2001 and notarial deed No.177 dated October 31, 2001, Machrani Moertolo S, SH. which
matured on December 31, 2010, was paid on March 23, 2010.

proyek yang dibebankan kepada PTPN XII ex proyek PTP XXIII, XXIV, dan XXIX senilai Rp 11.125.098.402.

In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Finance No.S.003MK.62002, dated January 9, 2002, on completion of
project financing risk PIR UPP Perkebunan, stated that the burden of liability risks PTPN XII of PIR Perkebunan project
financing is only Rp1,951,530,612 of a total of Rp11,125 ,098,402 so that the difference amounting of Rp9,173,567,790
has been abolished in 2003 . Details of liabilities to the Government of Indonesia further are as follows:
Sesuai dengan SK Menteri Keuangan No. S.003MK.62002, tanggal 9 Januari 2002, tentang penyelesaian risiko pembiayaan proyek
PIRUPP Perkebunan, dinyatakan bahwa yang menjadi beban PTPN XII atas kewajiban risiko pembiayaan proyek PIR Perkebunan adalah
hanya sebesar Rp 1.951.530.612 dari total Rp 11.125.098.402 sehingga selisih sebesar Rp 9.173.567.790 telah dihapuskan pada
tahun 2003. Rincian kewajiban kepada Pemerintah RI lebih lanjut adalah sebagai berikut :
