3. Kebijakan-Kebijakan Bidang SDM
Kebijakan Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia meliputi :3.1. Perencanaan Karir

Kriteria Obyektif : persyaratan sesuai pedoman kinerja dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi perusahaan dan faktor eksternal lainnya. f. Peluang Berkembang : memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan yang berprestasi untuk mengembangkan kreatiitas dan inovasinya. g. Hubungan Profesional : merencanakan karir secara profesional dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek yang terkait dengan aturan yang berlaku pedoman. h. Objective Criteria : the requirement as per the performance guidelines by considering the company condition and other external factors. f. Development Opportunity : provide opportunity to employees with good performance to develop their creativities and innovations. g.
