9. Etika Kerja Insan PTPN XII Persero
Etika Kerja adalah moral kerja yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap individu dan dipedomani sebagai detektor yang mengarahkan individu untuk melakukan perbuatan baik dan meninggalkan perbuatan buruk. Etika Kerja mengatur insan PTPN XII Persero dalam bersikap, berperilaku, berinteraksi dan melakukan proses kerja dengan pihak-pihak didalam dan di luar perusahaan dalam membangun budaya kerja dan budaya perusahaan. Dalam hal pelaksanaan Etika Kerja PTPN XII Persero, wajib melaksanakan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1. Tuntunan Perilaku Individu, yang terdiri: a. Sikap individu terhadap perusahaan; b. Sikap individu dalam perusahaan dengan wewenang dan jabatannya; c. Hubungan individu dalam perusahaan dengan atasan dan bawahannya; d. Hubungan antar sesama individu dalam perusahaan; e. Hubungan individu dalam perusahaan dengan individu stakeholders lainnya. 2. Kepatuhan Terhadap Hukum dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan; 3. Kerahasiaan Informasi; 4. Pemberian dan Penerimaan Hadiah; 5. Etiket Kerja adalah tata cara kerja yang dilakukan oleh individu menurut norma aturan kerja yang berlaku. Dalam prakteknya harus selalu dihubungkan dengan moral kerja. Setiap insan PTPN XII Persero diharapkan senantiasa menerapkan etiket kerja yang dimiliki sebagai bekal kemajuan perusahaan di masa mendatang. 11. Work Ethics is the work moral which should be possessed by each individual and guided as detector which directs the individual to do the good thing and leave the bad thing. The work ethics rules the people of PTPN XII Persero to have attitude, behavior, interaction and carry out the work with internal and external parties in the company in developing the work culture and the company culture. In the implementation of Work Ethics, PTPN XII Persero should carry out the following : 1. Individual Behavior Guidelines includes : a. Individual attitude to the company; b. Individual attitude in the company with the authority and position; c. Individual relationship in the company with the superiors and subordinates; d. Relationship between individual in the company; e. Individual relationship in the company with other stakeholder individual. 2. Compliance to the Laws and Regulations; 3.
