Lulus dari Institut Teknologi Bandung Jurusan Teknik Kimia 1998 dan berpengalaman sebagai Managing
Partner PT. Indosolution 2009 – sekarang.
• Frekuensi Pertemuan
Selama tahun 2010 Komite Pemasaran dan Niaga telah melaksanakan rapat internal sebanyak 12 kali. Selain rapat
internal diadakan rapat Komite gabungan dengan Komite lainnya sebanyak 4 kali, rapat dengan jajaran Direktorat
terkait sebanyak 26 kali dan menghadiri sebagian rapat Dewan Komisaris yang berkaitan dengan Pemasaran dan
Niaga.
VI. KOMITE SDM, UMUM TEKNOLOGI
Komite SDM, Umum dan Teknologi dibentuk oleh Dewan Komisaris dengan Surat Keputusan No.06KPTSKDK2009
dan No.10KPTSKDK2010 tentang Pengangkatan Ketua dan Wakil Ketua Komite Di Lingkungan Dewan Komisaris
PT. Pertamina Persero. Fungsi dan tugas diatur dalam Piagam Komite SDM, Umum Teknologi.
Tugas Komite SDM, Umum dan Teknologi meliputi : 1. Hubungan Industrial.

6. Teknologi Penelitian 7. GCG Good Corporate Governance

Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Gajah Mada Yogyakarta Majoring in Chemical
Engineering 1978. Served as Expert Staff for the Head of Oil and Gas Downstream Regulatory Body
2007 - present.
6. Turino yulianto
Graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology Majoring in Chemical Engineering 1998 and has
experience as Managing Partner of PT. Indosolution 2009 - present.
• Frequency of Meetings
During the year 2010 the Marketing and Trading Committee has conducted 12 internal meetings 12. In addition to
the internal meetings there were also 4 joint committee meetings with other committees, 26 meetings with relevant
Directorates and attended several meetings of the Board of Commissioners relating to the Marketing and Trading.
VI. HR, GENERAL AFFAIRS TECHNOLOGy COMMITTEE
HR, General Affairs Technology Committee was established by the Board of Commissioners with Decree
No.06KPTSKDK2009 and No.10KPTSKDK2010 on the Appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman of
the Committee within PT Pertamina Persero Board of Commissioners. The functions and duties stipulated in HR,
General Affairs Technology Committee. Duties of HR, General Affairs Technology Committee include:
1. Industrial Relations. 2. HR Human Resources
3. Organization 4. Remuneration
5. Nomination 6. Technology Research
7. GCG Good Corporate Governance 8. Articles of Association
9. Laws Regulations 10. Information System SAP.
11. Security of Vital Objects.
V. KOMITE PEMASARAN DAN NIAGA
Komite Pemasaran dan Niaga dibentuk oleh Dewan Komisaris dengan Surat Keputusan No.06KPTSKDK2009
dan No.10KPTSKDK2010 tentang Pengangkatan Ketua dan Wakil Ketua Komite Di Lingkungan Dewan Komisaris
PT. Pertamina Persero. Fungsi dan tugas diatur dalam Piagam Komite Pengolahan.
Fungsi Komite Pemasaran dan Niaga : 1. Sebagai salah satu perangkat Dewan komisaris
dalam membantu melakukan pengawasan di Bidang Pemasaran dan Niaga serta Bidang Perkapalan yang
meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan hasil-hasilnya yang dicapai.
2. Sebagai penyedia rujukan dan informasi tentang kegiatan usaha pemasaran dan niaga serta perkapalan.

Berkarir di Kepolisian dengan jabatan terakhir Direktur III Tipikor dan WCC Bareskrim POLRI, selanjutnya
menjadi Tenaga Ahli Dewan Komisaris PT. Pertamina Persero 2009 – 2010.
3. M. Indra Haria Kurba
Sebelumnya Senior Budget Analyst di Dirjen Anggaran Kantor Kementerian Keuangan RI. Lulusan Magister of
Business Professional Accounting University of South of Australia 2010
4. Mariatul Aini
Lulus dari Magister of Business Administration University of Wisconsin 1994. Pernah menjabat
sebagai Kasubdit Geothermal dan Penerimaan Hilir Kementerian BUMN 2008 – sekarang.
V. MARKETING AND TRADING COMMITTEE
The Marketing and Trading Committee was formed by the Board of Commissioners with Decrees No.06KPTSK
DK2009 and No.10KPTSKDK2010 on the Appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman within PT. Pertamina
Persero Board of Commissioners. Functions and duties are stipulated in Reining Committee Charter.
The Functions of Marketing and Trading Committee: 1. As one of the aides for the Board of Commissioners
in assisting to conduct supervision in Marketing and Trading Sector as well as Shipping Sector covering
planning, implementation and achievement of results. 2. As the reference and information provider on business
activities of marketing and trading as well as shipping.
