supported by a network provider Lintas Arta, Telkom, XL, Icon +, and Jabar Telematics.

the payment for the students. Information Technology Division Project Implementation During The Year 2012 To be in line with business progresses, some adjustments are from time to time made to ensure business goal achievements. IT Strategic Plan that has been aligned with the Bank’s Business Strategy is the key to the continuation of projects implemented throughout 2012. To secure safe, fast, and reliable information technology that is suitable for our business needs, bank bjb strengthened its IT infrastructure including infrastructure devices, communications network, and IT security by upgrading or making changes to it. To maintain smooth operations, we brought some improvements to our IT Policies and Procedures that are in line with bank bjb’s strategy, legal aspect, regulations, and business. Demi menjawab tuntutan tersebut, di tahun 2012 telah disusun Rencana Strategis Teknologi Informasi RSTI bank bjb untuk kurun waktu 2012 - 2016. Penyusunan RSTI tersebut juga dengan tetap menjaga keselarasan alignment antara Business Strategy dengan IT Information Technology Strategy. Pengungkapan Mengenai Mitra Bisnis Yang Mendukung Divisi TI Dalam melaksanakan fungsinya menjalankan operasional infrastruktur teknologi informasi, Divisi TI bank bjb didukung oleh mitra-mitra bisnis yang terpercaya. Mitra bisnis ini memiliki perannya masing-masing dalam mendukung operasional TI yang terdiri dari layanan jaringan komunikasi, infrastruktur hardware, core banking, dan sistem aplikasi lainnya, guna memastikan layanan operasional TI dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, serta melakukan pengembangan-pengembangan TI untuk mendukung strategi bisnis Bank. Mitra bisnis tersebut antara lain: a. Dalam mendukung operasional terkait transaksi nasabah melalui ATM, bank bjb bekerja sama dengan Artajasa, Prima, sehingga nasabah dapat bertransaksi di ATM lain selain ATM milik bank bjb. b.
