Mengevaluasi implementasi perubahan budaya dalam masing-masing unit kerja secara berkala dan kontinu 3 bulan sekali. 5. Menyampaikan laporan implementasi perubahan budaya hasil isian form monitoring kepada change leader untuk kemudian diteruskan kepada Divisi Change Management Office. Mengingat tugas-tugas Change Agent tersebut, maka telah ditetapkan pula karakteristik dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh Change Agent, yaitu: 1. Dapat menjadi role model dan motivator untuk meningkatkan kinerja. 2. Culturally adapative, bisa beradaptasi dengan berbagai ragam budaya dalam bekerja. 3. Socially responsible, bersikap tanggung jawab sosial tidak individual. 4. Active learner, mau mengembangkan dirinya dengan belajar hal-hal baru. 5. Memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi dan sanggup berinovasi dengan menghasilkan berbagai hal-hal baru. 6. Bersikap tegas. Program Pengembangan Nilai Perilaku Insan Perusahaan Terkait dengan implementasi budaya perusahaan, bank bjb telah menetapakan beberapa program sebagai berikut: a. Latar Belakang Hari Lingkungan Program Hari Lingkungan merupakan usulan program yang sesuai dengan Perilaku Utama Budaya Perusahaan bank bjb butir ke-9 yaitu “Peduli Pada Lingkungan”. Salah satu perwujudannya adalah dengan memberikan kontribusi positif kepada lingkungan masyarakat sekitar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan image bank bjb. Program hari lingkungan ini merupakan gerakan pengumpulan barang yang sudah tidak terpakai namun masih layak oleh setiap karyawan yang dilakukan secara kontinu setiap bulan pada tanggal 20 sesuai dengan hari ulang tahun bank bjb. Barang yang terkumpul akan dipilah dan disumbangkan kepada masyarakat sekitar yang membutuhkan.

b. Program Ide Kreatif untuk bank bjb

Program ini telah di-launching di tahun 2012. Program ini merupakan usulan program yang mencerminkan Perilaku Utama Budaya Perusahaan bank bjb butir ke-11 yaitu “Berkeinginan Kuat untuk Mengembangkan Diri”, dalam hal ini dengan memberikan kontribusi terbaik demi kemajuan bank bjb. 4. Noting the tasks of the Change Agent, so it has also been determined the main characteristic which must be had by Change Agent, they are: 1. They can be a role model and motivator to step up work performance. 2. Culturally adaptive, they can adapt with various cultures during work. 3. Socially responsible, They have social responsibility not being individual. 4. Active learner, they want to develop themselves by learning new things. 5. They have high creativity and can have innovation by producing new things. 6. Be firm. Program of Development of Behaviour for Company’s Official In line with the implementation of firm culture, bank bjb has made several programs as follows: a. Background of Environment Day Environment Day Program is a proposal which is in line with the Main Behaviour of Company’s Culture of bank bjb item 9th, it is namely “Caring on Environment.” One of its implementation is by giving a positive contribution to surrounding community that can boost image of the bank bjb. The environment day program is a movement of collecting goods which are not used anymore by owners but they are still appropriate to use. The program is done by firm officials periodically once in every three months at the day 20th in the month the birthday of bank bjb. The collected goods will be sorted and donated to people who really need it at around the company.

b. Creative Idea Program for bank bjb

This program was launched in 2012. The program is a proposal of program featuring the Basic Behaviour of Company’s Culture of bank bjb item 11st, ii is namely “Strong Intention for Self Development,” by giving the best contribution for the progress of bank bjb. ฀Annual฀Report฀•฀ ฀Annual฀Report฀•฀ Performance Good Corporate Laporan Tahunan 2012 ฀Annual฀Report฀•฀ bank bjb 291 ฀Annual฀Report฀•฀ Program ini diperuntukan bagi setiap pegawai bank bjb yang memiliki ide kreatif yang dapat diimplementasikan, baik itu merupakan suatu hal yang baru ataupun modifikasi dari yang telah ada dan bermanfaat bagi bank bjb secara keseluruhan. Pemilihan ide kreatif yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh bank bjb dilakukan oleh Tim Penilai yang terdiri dari perwakilan divisi dengan Divisi CMO sebagai coordinator. Sebagai reward kepada pegawai yang terpilih ide kreatifnya, diberikan penghargaan dalam bentuk barang, seperti laptop atau i-pad, sebagai bentuk apresiasi bank bjb yang dapat menunjang kinerja. c. Program Morning Spirit Program ini akan di-launching di tahun 2013. Dalam program ini, disosialisasikan semangat GO SPIRIT dengan berbagai tema yang berbeda setiap harinya melalui media pengeras suara agar dapat diterima oleh seluruh pegawai bank bjb dengan jingle bank bjb sebagai theme song-nya. d. Program Berbagi Buku Program ini juga akan di-launching di tahun 2013. Program ini mengajak para pegawai untuk dapat membawa buku- buku yang telah terbaca dan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat untuk disumbangkan kepada lingkungan, baik kepada sekolah maupun panti yang memerlukan. Penjelasan Mengenai Penilaian Kinerja BSC dan KPI Strategi yang ditetapkan untuk pencapaian sasaran perusahaan harus melalui sistem manajemen strategi yang baik, karena akan menjadi tolok ukur dari performa kinerja perusahaan. Didalam menetapkan strategi, perusahaan harus memperhatikan sasaran objective yang telah ditetapkan dan harus dapat terukur measurable. Pada umumnya bagian yang selalu diukur adalah bagian keuangan karena berbicara mengenai angka, sesuatu hal yang mudah untuk dihitung dan dianalisa. Akan tetapi, dengan perkembangan ilmu manajemen dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, sistem pengukuran kinerja perusahaan yang hanya mengandalkan aspekperspektif keuangan dirasakan banyak memiliki kelemahan dan keterbatasan. Sesungguhnya ada sebuah aspekperspektif yang tidak kalah penting dan dapat digunakan dalam mengukur kinerja perusahaan yaitu aspek perspektif non keuangan. Kenyataan inilah yang menjadi awal terciptanya konsep Balanced Scorecard BSC. Pengelolaan kinerja berbasis Balanced Scorecard, telah sampai tahapan mengatur mengenai penetapan pengelolaan kinerja, penyusunan dan perubahan peta strategi Strategy Map, Key Performance Indicator KPI, dan target, serta pelaporan This program is directed to every official of bank bjb who has creative ideas that can be implemented; the idea can be a new thing or the modification of an old thing, which will give benefit for the bank bjb. The selection of the creative ideas that can be implemented by bank bjb is done by an Evaluating Team comprising representatives from divisions with CMO Division as coordinator. Reward will be given to officials whose creative ideas chosen in the form of goods, such as laptop or i-pad computers, as an appreciation from the bank bjb which can encourage work performance. c. Morning Spirit Program This program will be launched in 2013. Under the program it is socialize the spirit of GO SPIRIT with various themes every day that is spread through loud speakers that it can be received by all of officials of the bank bjb with jingle bank bjb as its theme song. d. Program of Sharing Book This program will be launched in 2013. Under this program, it is encouraged officials to bring books that they have read to be donated to community, such as school or institutions, around the firm Explanation about Work Performance Evaluation BSC and KPI The strategy for achieving firms target must be made through a good management system, because it will be a barometer of the company’s capacity and work performance. In determining a strategy, the firm should pay attention on objective target already made and it must be measurable. Generally, the division which has been always measured is the finance division because it’s always present numbers, the things which are always easy to be analyzed and calculated. Nevertheless, along with the progress of management knowledge and information technology, the system of measuring the performance of firms by only relies on financial aspect is considered weak and limited. Actually, there is an aspect which is also important and can be used to measure the performance of a company; it is the aspect of non-financial. This fact has been the beginning of the creation of Balanced Scorecard concept BSC. Bank bjb is required to use four perspective standard of BSC, it is namely financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth a. Financial Perspective BSC is built from the study of measurement of work performance at business sector, so that the financial perspective here that linked with financial sustainability. This perspective is used by shareholders to measure the performance of an organization. If it is in words can be:” an organization should meet target as it is expected by shareholders in order to be considered as success by the shareholders.’ b. Consumer Perspective Perspective consumer is a perspective which has orientation on customers because they are the user of the product resulted by the organization. Or, an organization must pay attention on what customers want. c. Internal Perspective Business Process Internal Perspective is a series of activities in an organization to produce service or products in order to meet the demand of subscribers. This perspective explains a business process managed to give services and others to stakeholders and customers. d. Learning and growth Perspective Learning and growth Perspective is a perspective featuring the capability of an organization to conduct an improvement by using the internal resources of the organization. The sustainability of an organization for term relies on this perspective. The implementation of a strategy is carried out by implementing an initiative strategy or work program by each working unit and it is limited by time in a certain period in its implementation. To reach a good implementation of the strategy, so after the strategic map is composed, then it is needed to determine a Key Performance Indicator KPI for each SO. KPI is set of parameters in both financial and non-financial to measure the achievement of work target and the implementation of the strategy in achieving target at work units. KPI is a toll to measure the achievement SO Strategic Objective. KPI is divided into KPI lagging and KPI leading. KPI lagging measures the outcome or outputs, which is out of control of the units. KPI leading is a KPI that is leading the process, which pencapaian kinerja triwulanan dalam tahap monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja. Bank bjb menggunakan empat standar perspektif BSC yaitu financial, customer, internal business process, dan learning and growth. a. Perspektif financial BSC dibangun dari studi pengukuran kinerja di sektor bisnis, sehingga yang dimaksud perspektif financial di sini adalah terkait dengan financial sustainability. Perspektif ini digunakan oleh shareholder dalam rangka melakukan penilaian kinerja organisasi. Apabila dinarasikan akan berbunyi: ”organisasi harus memenuhi sebagaimana harapan shareholder agar dinilai berhasil oleh shareholder”. b. Perspektif customer Perspektif customer adalah perspektif yang berorientasi pada pelanggan karena merekalah pemakai produkjasa yang dihasilkan organisasi. Dengan kata lain, organisasi harus memperhatikan apa yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan. c. Perspektif internalbusiness process Perspektif internalbusiness process adalah serangkaian aktivitas yang ada dalam organisasi untuk menciptakan produkjasa dalam rangka memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Perspektif ini menjelaskan proses bisnis yang dikelola untuk memberikan layanan dan nilai-nilai kepada stakeholder dan customer. d. Perspektif learning growth Perspektif learning growth adalah perspektif yang menggambarkan kemampuan organisasi untuk melakukan perbaikan dan perubahan dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya internal organisasi. Kesinambungan suatu organisasi dalam jangka panjang sangat bergantung pada perspektif ini. Pelaksanaan atau implementasi strategi dilakukan dengan cara menjalankan strategi inisiatif atau program kerja oleh masing- masing unit kerja dan dibatasi dengan waktu pelaksanaannya selama periode tertentu. Agar pelaksanaan strategi dapat terlaksana dengan baik, maka setelah peta strategi disusun selanjutnya perlu ditetapkan Key Performance Indicator KPI untuk setiap SO. KPI merupakan seperangkat ukuranparameter utama baik finansial maupun non finansial untuk mengukur keberhasilan pencapaian kinerja dan pelaksanaan strategi dalam mencapai sasaran di seluruh liniunit kerja. KPI merupakan alat ukur bagi pencapaian SO Strategic Objective. KPI dibedakan menjadi KPI lagging dan KPI leading. Laporan Pengungkapan Tahun 2012 Laporan pengaduan pelanggaran yang diterima sampai dengan Desember 2012 adalah sebanyak 2 dua laporan terkait gratifikasi dengan tindak lanjut tidak dapat dilaksanakan karena kebenaran laporan tidak dapat diklarifikasi kepada pelapor dan sebanyak 3 tiga laporan terkait keluhan pelayanan kepada nasabah dengan tindak lanjut atas laporan ini dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Corporate Secretary dan Divisi Jaringan Pengembangan Layanan.
