Tahun 2013 bisa dikatakan sebagai masa penuh cobaan bagi industri di Tanah Air. Banyak risiko bisnis yang menjadi perhatian dan
mempengaruhi kinerja korporasi. Sejak awal 2013, kalangan industri masih dibayangi oleh ancaman
eksternal berupa penurunan permintaan global, yang disertai dengan menurunnya harga komoditas.
Selain itu, kebijakan bank sentral Amerika Serikat atau Federal Reserve The Fed yang akan melakukan tapering off atau
pengurangan stimulus moneter, juga telah berdampak terhadap aliran modal keluar. Di dalam negeri, hal itu mengakibatkan tekanan
terhadap nilai tukar rupiah. Tekanan terhadap kondisi internal juga cukup besar. Terutama
terkait dengan peningkatan biaya produksi akibat kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak, tarif listrik, serta penyesuaian upah minimum
regional pada sejumlah daerah di Indonesia.
Dalam situasi tersebut, bank bjb selalu menjaga unsur kehati-
hatian dalam penyaluran kredit, walaupun selalu berupaya mengembangkan kredit korporasi dan komersial. Dalam konteks
ini, Perseroan memfokuskan diri pada pembiayaan sektor produktif melalui pengembangan layanan produk pinjaman yang berorientasi
pada kebutuhan dan kepentingan nasabah. Produk kredit korporasi dan komersial dikembangkan sesuai karakteristik bisnis perusahaan
serta sektor industri. 2013 can be regarded as a time of trial for the Indonesian industry.
Several business risks affecting the Company’s performance required attention.
In early 2013, the industry was still overshadowed by an external threat in the form of decline in the global demand, accompanied by
the fall of commodity prices. In addition, the Central Bank of the U.S or the Federal Reserve the
Fed performed tapering off or reduction of monetary stimulus, thus providing impact on capital outflows. Domestically, it resulted
pressure on the exchange rate. Pressure towards the internal condition was also significantly large,
particularly related to the increase in production costs due to the higher fuel-oil price, electricity tariff and the adjustment to minimum
wage in some areas in Indonesia.
In such situation, bank bjb always implemented the principle of
prudence in lending while striving to increase corporate and commercial loans. In this context, the Company focused on the financing of the
productive sector through the development of customer need and interest oriented loan products. Corporate and commercial loan
products were developed according to the characteristics of business of the Company and the industrial sectors.

Hingga Desember 2013, posisi kredit kelolaan Divisi Korporasi dan Komersial telah mencapai Rp6,983 triliun atau 15,37 dari total
posisi kredit bank bjb yang mencapai Rp45,435 triliun.
Perkembangan Bisnis
Melalui strategi tersebut, kredit korporasi dan komersial terus tumbuh positif. Sepanjang tahun 2013, kredit kelolaan Divisi
Korporasi dan Komersial mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar Rp685 miliar atau 10,88 YoY, yaitu dari Rp6,298 triliun menjadi
Rp6,983 triliun. Pertumbuhan tersebut didominasi oleh kredit kepada Pemerintah
Republik Indonesia dalam bentuk Pinjaman Dalam Negeri dan Kredit Sindikasi. Kredit Pinjaman Dalam Negeri tumbuh Rp374 miliar atau
naik 181,08 YoY, sedangkan kredit Investasi Sindikasi tumbuh Rp334 miliar atau naik 79,13 YoY.
Dari sisi pangsa pasar dibandingkan dengan total kredit yang disalurkan oleh industri sepanjang 2013, porsinya masih sangat kecil,
yaitu 0,019. Total kredit yang disalurkan bank umum seperti data Statistik Perbankan Bank Indonesia, mencapai Rp3.319,842 triliun.
Kinerja Produk
Produk komersial Perseroan terbagi atas: cash loan dan non-cash loan. Sedangkan khusus produk cash loan terdiri dari kredit modal
kerja dan kredit investasi. Untuk produk non-cash loan adalah layanan penerbitan garansi bank untuk proyek-proyek pemerintah
maupun swasta, di mana kegiatan ini bisa meningkatkan fee based
income bank bjb.

As of December 2013, credit managed by the Corporation and Commercial Division reached Rp6.983 trillion or 15.37 of the total
loans of bjb which reached Rp45.435 trillion.
Business Development
Through this strategy, corporate and commercial loans continued to grow positively. Throughout the year 2013, loans managed by the
Corporation and Commercial Division grew by Rp685 billion, or by 10.88 YoY, from Rp6.298 trillion to Rp6.983 trillion.
The growth was dominated by the loan to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of Domestic Loan and Syndication
Loan. Domestic loan grew by Rp374 billion, or an increase of 181.08 YoY, while Syndication Investment loan grew by
Rp334 billion, or an increase of 79.13 YoY. In terms of market share compared to the total loans disbursed by
the industry during 2013, the share was still significantly small, ie 0.019. The total loans distributed by commercial banks as recorded
by the Bank Indonesia Banking Statistics data reached Rp3,319.842 trillion.
