Renovasi MCK dan Masjid An-Nur di Kab. Purwakarta Melalui program CSR Perseroan memberi bantuan dana renovasi MCK dan memperbaiki Mushola An- Nur di Kampung Gunung Sembung T Desa Sukajaya, Kecamatan Sukatani, Kabupaten Purwakarta.

5. Peningkatan Kesehatan Masyarakat

Salah satu komitmen Perusahaan adalah memfasilitasi terwujudnya pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Adapun program peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat yang sudah dilaksanakan adalah sebagai berikut: a. Donor Darah Kegiatan Donor Darah dilaksanakan di Auditorium Kantor Pusat Bandung, dengan jumlah pendonor yang terdaftar selaku anggota lebih kurang 100 orang anggota. b. Khitanan Pada Acara Sevenist Club 773 Bakti Sosial yang diselenggarakan saat ini merupakan Bakti Sosial ke 8 diadakan sebagai bagian dari rangkaian memperingati 40 tahun Paguyuban 773. Dalam acara ini Perseroam memberi bantuan dana untuk melaksanakan khitanan bersama dan pemberian paket bingkisan bagi 80 anak yatim dan dhuafa. Acara dilaksanakan tanggal 23 Juni 2013, di Jl. Kwitang Timur RT 005010 Kelurahan Bungur, Kecamatan Senen, Jakarta Pusat. c. Klub jantung Sehat Klub jantung sehat kantor pusat beranggotakan pegawai, pensiunan, dan keluarga serta masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi jalan sehat dan senam bersama. f. Renovating Sanitary Facilities MCK and An-Nur Mosque in Purwakarta Regency. Through CSR program, the Company granted financial aid to renovate Sanitary Facilities MCK and Mushola An-Nur in Kampung Gunung Sembung RT. 19RW 06, Sukajaya, Sukatani, Purwakarta .

5. Public Health Improvement

One of the Company’s commitments is to facilitate the realization of the better public health service. The public health improvement programs that had been executed were as follows:

a. Blood Donor

The activity of blood donor was held in the Auditorium of Head Office in Bandung, with number of registered donors as members around 100 people. b. Circumcision in the Sevenist Club 773 This was the 8th Social Service held as one of the activities in celebrating the 40th anniversary of Sevenist Club 773. In this event, the Company granted financial aid for mass circumcision and package of souvenirs for 80 orphans and poor children. The event was held on 23 June 2013 at Jl. Kwitang Timur RT 005010 Bungur, Senen, Central Jakarta. c. Healthy Heart Club The members of Head Office Healthy Heart Club consists of employees, retirements, families, and the surrounding society. 6. Program Bantuan Bencana Alam dan Bantuan Masyarakat

Seluruh bantuan Bencana Alam tersebut didistribusikan kepada para korban bencana alam yang terjadi di wilayah Indonesia sepanjang tahun 2013. Bantuan-bantuan tersebut adalah pembelian sembako dan dapur umum, obat-obatan dan posko kesehatan, fasilitas telekomunikasi gratis, tenda Mandi Cuci Kakus MCK. Perusahaan menyalurkan bantuan pada saat terjadinya dan pascabencana. Beberapa contoh kegiatan bantuan pasca bencana di antaranya: a. Bantuan Bencana Gempa Bumi Bantuan ini diberikan kepada korban bencana gempa bumi di Kab. Bener Meriah dan Takengon– Aceh Tengah sebesar Rp 48.200.000. b. Bantuan Bencana Tanah Longsor Bantuan dana untuk bencana tanah longsor ini diberikan kepada warga Dusun Cigintung, Desa Cimuncang, Kec. Malausma, Kab. Majalengka sebesar Rp 121.150.000,00. c. Bantuan Bencana Gunung Meletus PT KAI Persero memberikan bantuan dana sebesar Rp 69.279.000,00 kepada korban bencana Gunung Sinabung Sumatera Utara yang meletus pada 14 November 2013.

C. DAMPAK KEUANGAN DARI KEGIATAN

Pada tahun 2013, penggunaan dana untuk kegiatan Program Pengembangan Sosial Kemasyarakatan di atas mencapai sebesar Rp3,36 miliar.

A. KEBIJAKAN

Sebagai wujud tanggung jawab penerapan GCG kepada pelanggan dan masyarakat dan sejalan dengan misi Perusahaan untuk memberikan layanan yang terbaik, nyaman, produk berkualitas Perseroan terus menjaga komunikasi dengan para pelanggan. Perusahaan menyadari komunikasi yang lancar dan proaktif berperan penting bagi kelangsungan bisnis Perusahaan di samping memastikan kualitas yang sesuai dengan standar.

6. Natural Disaster and Community Aid Programs

All the aids were distributed to the victims of natural disasters that happened in Indonesia during 2013. The aids were in the form of 9-basic needs purchasing and public soup kitchen, medicines and health posts, free telecommunication facilities, tents Sanitary Service MCK. The Company distributed the aids at the time of and after the occurence of the disasters. Some of the activities were as follows: a. Aid for Earthquake This aid was granted to the victims of earthquake in the regencies of Bener Meriah and Takengon – Central Aceh as much as IDR 48,200,000. b. Aid for Landslide This aid was granted to the victims of landslide in Dusun Cigintung Cimuncang, Malausma, Majalengka as much as IDR 121,150,000. c. Aid for Vulcanic Eruption PT KAI Persero granted financial aid amounted IDR 69,279,000 to the victims of Gunung Sinabung Mount in North Sumatera which erupted on 14 November 2013.

C. FINANCIAL IMPACTS OF THE ACTIVITIY

In 2013, the fund utilization for the above-mentioned Social and Societal Development Programs reached the amount of IDR 3.36 billion.
