1. Rencana Jangka Panjang Corporate Plan
Corporate Plan BNI adalah suatu bentuk sistem perencanaan jangka panjang dengan horison waktu lima tahun. Corporate Plan ini mencakup langkah-langkah di bidang usaha bisnis dan bidang manajemen yang akan dilakukan BNI sebagai bank komersial yang harus sehat, berkembang dan menguntungkan, serta tetap tidak keluar dari visi-misi BNI yang telah ditetapkan bagi masa depan BNI. Perencanaan jangka panjang Corporate Plan merupakan perencanaan yang akan memberikan arahan global bagi BNI pada jangka waktu sampai 5 lima tahun yang akan datang. Perencanaan ini berisi hal-hal mendasar yang diperlukan bagi penentuan arah BNI, diantaranya memuat visi dan misi BNI, analisis lingkungan eksternal maupun internal, tujuan dan sasaran jangka panjang, strategi global dan proyeksi keuangan 5 lima tahun ke depan. Corporate Plan bertujuan untuk memberikan arahan bagi manajemen dan pegawai BNI mengenai tujuan dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai dalam waktu 5 lima tahun ke depan, serta strategi bisnis dan manajemen yang akan diterapkan. Corporate Plan menjadi panduan bagi penyusunan rencana jangka pendek BNI maupun unit organisasi. Secara detail, karakteristik dari Rencana Lima Tahun BNI adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Jangkawaktu5limatahuntanpa“rolling adjusment ”setiaptahun. Corporate Plan merupakan dokumen perencanaan yang berjangka waktu 5 lima tahun tanpa rolling adjustment setiap tahun. Ini berarti bahwa tujuan, sasaran dan strategi yang ditetapkan ditetapkan untuk berlaku selama 5 lima tahun dan tidak Credit approval exceeding Rp 750 billion must be consulted with the Board of Commissioners. BNI’s Corporate Plan involves long-term planning covering a five-year period. The plan incorporates business and management actions to be implemented by BNI as a healthy and profitable commercial bank which remains committed to Company’s stated vision and mission aimed at securing the Bank’s future. The Corporate Plan provides long-term global direction for BNI within a span of 5 five years. The plan contains fundamental aspects necessary to determine BNI’s direction among others its vision and mission, external and internal situation analysis, long-term objectives and goals, general strategy and financial projections for the following 5 five years. The Corporate Plan is intended to provide direction for BNI management and employees on objectives and goals to be achieved within the next 5 five years, as well as business and management strategies to be implemented. Corporate Plan provides a set of guidelines for the formulation of short-term plan for BNI and its organizational units. BNI’s Five-Year Plan has the following characteristics: 1. Coversa5iveyeardurationwithoutannual rollingadjustments. Corporate Plan is a five-year planning document without annual rolling adjustments. This means that objectives, goals, and strategies formulated for a period of 5 years do not involve periodic reviews or adjustments. Namun demikian, ini tidak berarti bahwa tidak mungkin dilakukan penyesuaian sama sekali. Penyesuaian review terhadap Corporate Plan dilakukan apabila terjadi perubahan kondisi lingkungan yang ekstrem sehingga mengharuskan penyesuaian terhadap Corporate Plan . Penyesuaian Corporate Plan dilakukan oleh Divisi Perencanaan Strategis dengan petunjuk atau arahan Direksi. 2. Corporate Planmencakupperencanaandari seluruhaktivitasbisnismaupunnonbisnis yangdilakukanolehBNI. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Plan berisi rencana-rencana bisnis maupun non bisnis secara keseluruhan, bukan secara parsial. Hasil akhir dari keberadaan Corporate Plan ini adalah menjadi panduan dasar dan garis besar arah bagi BNI secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, Corporate Plan akan menjadi dasar bagi penyusunan rencana jangka pendek BNI maupun rencana kerja dan anggaran setiap unit organisasi Business Plan Unit yang ada di BNI. Corporate Plan berisi kebijakan, tujuan dan strategi dasar Direksi yang akan diimplementasikan dalam jangka panjang. Kebijakan ini harus dipedomani oleh segenap unit organisasi di BNI dalam menyusun rencananya, menjalankan bisnis maupun kegiatan operasionalnya. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah bahwa seluruh unit organisasi di BNI akan bekerjasama dan bersinergi untuk mencapai tujuan jangka panjang yang sudah digariskan. Corporate Plan adalah kebijaksanaan Direksi dan sifatnya merupakan proyek yang dibuat 5 lima tahun sekali. Penyusunan Corporate Plan ini dilakukan oleh Divisi Perencanaan Strategis berdasarkan petunjuk Direksi dengan partisipasi segenap DivisiSatuanUnit di Kantor Besar maupun CabangCabang Pembantu Sentra. Penerapan Corporate Plan secara operasional di BNI dilakukan melalui penjabaran Corporate Plan tersebut ke dalam bentuk-bentuk perencanaan jangka pendek yang selanjutnya menjadi acuan dasar seluruh proses perencanaan strategis di BNI Tata Kelola Perusahaan Good Corporate Governance imply on the absolute absence of adjustments. The final outcome of the Corporate Plan is to serve as BNI’s basic guidelines and overall direction. Corporate Plan shall underpin the formulation of BNI’s short-term plan as well as the work plan and budget of every organizational unit Business Unit Plan within BNI. Corporate Plan contains BOD policies, objectives, and basic strategies to be implemented in the long term. These policies serve as reference for all organizational units within BNI in the formulation of plans, and the implementation of business and operational activities. The expected outcome is for all organizational units within BNI to work together and create synergy in achieving agreed upon long- term objectives. The Corporate Plan refers to BOD policies established every 5 five years. It is prepared by the Strategic Planning Division based on guidelines from the Board of Directors with the participation of all DivisionsUnits at the Head Office and BranchesSub-branchesCenters. The Corporate Plan is technically implemented in BNI through the translation of the Corporate Plan into short-term plans which in turn become the foundation for all BNI strategic planning processes.
